LuxeAstro Cloud Worker is the private application used by Magic Brands to fulfill LuxeAstro astrology reading orders. It reconciles Etsy purchases and customer replies, prepares personalized reading packages, organizes report files in Google Drive, and prepares Gmail delivery drafts for review.
This application is for authorized business operators. Customers do not need to connect their own Gmail or Google Drive accounts to receive readings.
Google account access
An authorized operator connects the business Google account. Gmail access supports reading order notifications and customer correspondence, checking previous deliveries, managing processing labels, and preparing delivery drafts. Drive access supports finding report folders, uploading completed reports, and granting each recipient access to their report files. Approved deliveries are sent through the business delivery process.
The application requests Google Drive and Gmail modify permissions. These permissions are broader than a single folder or label; only an authorized business operator should grant access.

LuxeAstro Cloud Worker Privacy Policy

This policy describes the Google-account and customer information used by Magic Brands’ LuxeAstro Cloud Worker. It applies to this business workflow, separately from YOURASTRAL mobile-app features.
Information accessed
The connected business Gmail account contains order notifications, customer messages, recipient addresses, message identifiers, labels, delivery drafts, and sent-mail records. The workflow uses order identifiers, purchased products, names, email addresses, birth dates, birth times, birth locations, and relevant customer instructions to fulfill reading orders. Google Drive access supports report folders, generated files, file identifiers, and sharing permissions. OAuth credentials maintain the operator’s authorized Google connection without collecting their Google password.
Purpose and processing
Information is used to reconcile orders and replies, identify missing details, avoid duplicate deliveries, calculate astrology charts, generate and audit personalized reports, prepare delivery drafts, share report files with intended recipients, and investigate fulfillment failures. Relevant customer details and reading instructions may be processed by the AI services used to prepare personalized reports. Authorized business operators may review information and reports to provide the service and customer support.
Storage and recipients
The workflow stores operational records and report artifacts in business-controlled files and services, including Google Drive. Google processes connected Gmail and Drive data to provide those services. Report-generation providers process the information needed for their role. Report links are shared with the intended customer email address. Customers do not need to authorize access to their personal Google accounts.
Retention and requests
Operational records and reports are retained as needed to fulfill and support orders and maintain delivery records. To request access, correction, or deletion of information related to an order, email mymagicbrands@gmail.com and identify the order. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, dispute, security, or legal purposes.
Revoking access
Authorized operators can revoke the application’s connection through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation stops further authorized Google access but does not automatically delete existing business records or previously delivered files. Contact mymagicbrands@gmail.com for deletion requests.
Protection and changes
Access credentials must be kept private, and only authorized operators should connect business accounts. No online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security. This policy will be updated when the workflow’s data practices change.
LuxeAstro Cloud Worker Terms of Use

LuxeAstro Cloud Worker is a private business tool used by authorized Magic Brands operators to fulfill LuxeAstro reading orders. Connecting a Google account confirms that the operator has authority to grant access for this purpose. Operators must protect credentials and use the tool only for authorized business activity.
The tool supports order reconciliation, personalized report preparation, file organization, and delivery drafting. Operators remain responsible for reviewing customer details, report completeness, recipient addresses, and delivery actions. Access can be interrupted by Google authorization changes, network failures, or other service dependencies.
These terms govern the private workflow tool. Customer purchases remain subject to the applicable listing and transaction terms; this page does not change existing orders, refund commitments, or customer rights.
